BUG-11: Ai ref img jobs are not able to be "re-run"

BUG-15: I think recent images (IMG-46*) have no exif, and so, no thumbnail -
also no AI match, but that could just be how different mandy/mich faces are
BUG-16: now we dont do dir level optimising for genfiledetails, need to stat the file / check dates that way to optimise
