stupid Google TV wont allow starting apps on boot, so cron this script to start notify android tv so we get hass popups for notifications

too many to mention, key ones moved to common scripts, updated ufw range for new vlans, commented packages required and why so I could cull heaps - all in all, trying to minimise what is on mara itself and put as much as possible into the containers (now on a separate filesystem/disk), so that we can nearly vanilla install a new mara - albeit with tuner cards, then can just start docker up and get on with it :)

tweaked for new mara IP (some are in comments), moved to using common scripts, added fonts-cascasdia-code, commented out wireguard added cisco vpn (anyconnect) and openconnect for gui, updated spotify, added sqldeveloper, updated zoom upgrades/repo, added brother printer, added docker to do local DCM on borric, tried a usb-reset (now commented out) to fix mouse not starting on boot sometimes, but it is the cause of the loud speaker pop, and added howdy (face login) - but its not working in recent Ubuntus so commented out for now

this tells kuma whether watchtower ran and worked, its runs on the host O/S to see all the logs of all containers changed

this tells kuma that cron is running - its the last cron line in /etc/crontab on mara, if anything in cron syntax/barfs, then this heartbeat script will not be run, and the CRON check in kuma will go crit
